We, the Auer family, warmly invite you to a carefree, comfortable holiday in beautiful Sölden/Ötztal. Our apartment house Ideal is - as the name suggests - in a perfect location very close to the center of Sölden.
In 2-3 minutes on foot you can reach the "hotspots" such as mountain railways, après ski bars or first-class restaurants and cafés. Sölden is without a doubt the center of the entire Ötztal and exactly the place where first-class sport, entertainment and lifestyle are offered.

- The final cleaning fee is € 20 per person
- The local tax of € 4.00 per person/night will be charged separately. Children and young people under 15 years of age do not pay the local tax.
- Upon check-in, we reserve the right to charge the following deposit: €50 per person. This deposit will be refunded if the accommodation units are left in perfect condition.
